Product Information and Orders

All product specifications, technical data sheets, and material properties are provided as accurate representations based on our testing and manufacturer data. However, customers are responsible for determining the suitability of materials for their specific applications. We recommend conducting application-specific testing before full-scale implementation.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Material Innovation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in EUR or RON and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations or invoices. Standard payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Technical Support and Consultation

Our technical support services are provided to assist customers in material selection and application optimization. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful guidance based on our expertise, the final responsibility for material selection and application suitability rests with the customer.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

Technical recommendations provided by Material Innovation are based on our experience and available data. These recommendations do not constitute a guarantee of performance in your specific application. Customers should conduct their own testing and validation.

Material Safety and Compliance

Customers are responsible for reviewing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and technical documentation for all materials. You must ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific requirements in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including technical documentation, product specifications, logos, and proprietary information, is owned by Material Innovation or our partners and is protected by Romanian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Third-Party Materials

We work in collaboration with trusted partners and suppliers. Certain materials and technologies may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights, patents, or licensing agreements.

Product Warranties and Limitations

Materials are provided with manufacturer warranties where applicable. Damages arising from failure to follow technical specifications or recommendations
Any damages exceeding the purchase price of the products involved

Customer Responsibilities

When purchasing materials or engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your application requirements
Follow all safety guidelines and technical specifications
Properly handle, store, and dispose of materials according to regulations
Conduct appropriate testing before full-scale implementation
Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during consultation

Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted only for unused materials in original packaging, subject to a restocking fee. Custom-ordered or specially sourced materials are non-returnable unless defective. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Confidentiality

Information exchanged during technical consultations, including application details and performance data, will be treated as confidential by both parties. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

Force Majeure

Material Innovation shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, material shortages, natural disasters, or regulatory changes affecting material availability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
